Hi friends, here is my online lehenga shopping review from mirraw.com! It’s was not that great experience with shopping and with costumer service.
Lehenga Price .41+ standard stitching (buy one get one free offer other lehenga was free which was .45 but we paid for standard stitching so if we calculate we got 2 lehengas for .41)
Total 3 lehengas were9.34
Quality is not up to the mark it’s so cheap.The dupatta feels like a plastic net
I called customer service on 3rd of March (morning) about all my lehenga issues they said they will let me know in 24 hrs weather they will refund or send fresh piece but I haven’t heard from them since then.
Updates: got an email they gonna refund .41(wow are they kidding?)
New update: after calling them 3 times and even writing a mail still no response. Only got $ 6.41refund. Very bad customer service!
Update: called them on 19th March they said there is some problem will get back to me in 24 hrs . No reply yet!
Update: Finally got an email from them today (27 March) my request has been processed.A supportive representative will be reviewing my request and will send me a personal response which will take 72 hrs. Apologies for delay .This is what they send . Good at least they responded!
Update : No response after 72 hrs. Called them on 23rd April they said they have already issued 30% off on all 3 lehengas on 13th March .Then I checked it again so on 13 th of March I received only .41( which I already told u guys) and nothing else . 6.41$ is definitely not the 30% of 9. .After checking I called again they kept me on hold twice and then disconnected twice. I’m fret up with this company and letting it go!! But u guys don’t waste ur money please!
